Aren't in love with your new bikini? No worries. You can return your bikini, in original condition within 30 days of placing your order, for a full refund. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the process started for you.
All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached. All items must not be worn, altered or washed. Please be mindful when trying on as we will refuse your refund on any items with stains from products such as deodorant, lotions, oils, etc. or any odours. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Refunds do not include return shipping costs.
All shipping fees, duties/taxes, and Route Shipping Insurance are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for all return label and shipping costs.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE
Bellini Bikini is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages. We highly recommend opting into Route Shipping Insurance to help ensure that your package is protected. Route Shipping Insurance will allow for protection in the case of damage, theft, or if your package gets lost in transit.
Please submit all claims through the Route App, claims.route.com, or the Route confirmation email you received after purchase. For any questions or concerns regarding your insurance, feel free to reach out at email@example.com or in our chat box!
Please note that Route Shipping Insurance is non-refundable.
For all exchanges, please return your merchandise and place a new order.

CANCELLING/CHANGING AN ORDER
At Bellini Bikini we do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible so once an order has been made, we are unable to make any changes. Please review your order and address is correct before purchasing.
Please allow for 24 hours for your order to begin being processed. Processing can take 1-3 days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
